These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the B Player apps, website at player-platform-six.vercel.app and streaming service (together, the "Service"). By installing the app, creating an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. The Service is offered to residents of the United States. You are responsible for making sure the Service is legal where you use it.

3. Your device and account

• Each installation of the app shows a device code. Your plan is linked to that device code.
• Keep your device code private. Anyone with access to your activated device can use your plan.
• Each plan includes the number of simultaneous screens shown at purchase. Sharing a plan beyond that number is not allowed.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

• Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically unless you choose a payment method that clearly says it renews.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on our website at the time you order. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Your plan starts when we activate your device and ends at the end of the period shown in the app.
• Free trials are limited to one per person, household and device. We may decline or end a trial at our discretion.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Content

• Channels, programs and titles are provided under licenses held by us or our partners and may change, be added or be removed at any time, including because of licensing, blackout or regional restrictions.
• Content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, copy, rebroadcast, resell, publicly display or share streams or access.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break it.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Picture quality depends on your device and internet connection. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may cause interruptions.

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (for example app stores, payment providers, WhatsApp or live-chat providers). Their own terms apply to your use of them.

10. Intellectual property

The B Player name, logo, apps and website are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them except to use the Service as described here. To report copyright infringement, see our DMCA Policy.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Ending the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service. If we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of your prepaid plan.

14. Disputes and governing law
